During this meeting we dive into history, in particular “The Reformation in Flanders in Relationship with England” under the expert guidance of Johan Decavele. He holds a PhD in history and has published several works on 16th century Flanders. He will explain to us how the Reformation started and how it spread over Europe but with an emphasis on our area, Flanders. Was it successful or not? Are there any links to what is happening in the world these days? This knowledgeable speaker will bring us back to a most intriguing time in history.
