This month’s speaker lives and breathes yoga, he trained in India, taught in South Africa and now in Antwerp. He will talk to us about Ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches of which asana or physical yoga posture is one branch and breath or pranayama is another. After his talk you will have a clear idea of what yoga can do for you. No need to bring your mat but we will make an attempt to a breathing exercise.
