AGM at 11.00

As usual, we start the new season with the Annual General Meeting. It is important that as many of you as possible come along, to have your say in the running of the Club, to elect new members of the Committee, and to let the Committee know what you want. Plus it’s a great chance to socialize and catch up with everyone’s news of the summer.

The Minutes of the 2015 AGM together with details of the Committee elections will be published in the August/September issue of the Grapevine

Everyone who has attended the AGM is welcome to stay for a glass of wine or soft drink for the start our new club year.

Lunch at 12.30

For those who wish to stay, there will be a lunch at the Theater Hotel. Please make sure to reserve and pay for the lunch in advance.

To register for the lunch: contact Jeannine Branckaert before Wednesday, August 31, indicating your choice of main course. Then transfer €18 to the ABIW account.
