It’s that time of the year again. Our Tea-in-the-garden event always conjures up polite conversations, cucumber sandwiches (without the crusts), Victoria sandwich cake, porcelain teacups and saucers and hopefully warm sunny weather.

Our hostess this year is Elizabeth Kelly.  The date is 4^th July which as you know is Independence Day, very appropriate for Elizabeth.  Hopefully we can help to make this date even more special, after all we are an “international” club.

Ruth will  arrange carpooling and collections from either the station in Boom or the bus stop. The train leaves Antwerp Central at 12mins past the hour and arrives 17mins to the hour in Boom. The bus 500 leaves Roosevelt Plaats every 15mins arriving in Boom 35 mins later. The car journey from Boom to Tisselt is approximately 7mins.
